You get a personal Chef at your location, preparing and cooking one of our signature coastal dishes, selected by you, with stories of the dish itself. Tidbits of History, days gone by, and an experience that will fill your appetite and your soul.
We have developed a limited menu of our very favorite recipes from around the world, some born here in our LowCountry, others from abroad. They are all derived from life along the coast and are cooked in one pot or pan right in front of you.
